Sailor Jerry is a Caribbean spiced rum named for tattoo artist Norman "Sailor Jerry" Collins, bottled at 92 proof, drier and stronger than most spiced rums. Vanilla and cinnamon lead, with clove, nutmeg, caramel, toffee and a hint of lime.
