("Craft Your Perfect Bourbon") is the wheated bourbon that over 100,000 drinkers voted for in a Buffalo Trace survey: aged on the highest warehouse floors and bottled at 95 proof. Buffalo Trace describes a light nose of citrus and oak and a rounded, balanced palate; reviewers add toasted marshmallow, honey and cherry. The finish is medium-long with vanilla.
