What they make
- Greg Schirf founded Wasatch in 1986; in 1988 he pushed through the law that made brewpubs legal in Utah and opened the state's first at the top of Park City's Main Street.[1]
- Best known for Polygamy Porter; it is the official beer of Ski Utah and was brewed with Squatters at the Utah Brewers Cooperative in Salt Lake City.[2][1]
- Monster Brewing, which owns the brand, closed that brewery in May 2025 and moved Wasatch production to its breweries outside Utah; the beers are still sold in Utah stores.[3]
