What they make

• Founded in 1989 by Jeff Polychronis and Peter Cole as Salt Lake City's first brewpub; from 2002 its beer was brewed with Wasatch's at the Utah Brewers Cooperative in Salt Lake City.^[1]
• Long-running beers include Full Suspension Pale Ale and the Hop Rising double IPAs.^[1][2]
• Monster Brewing, which owns the Squatters and Wasatch beer brands, closed that brewery in May 2025 and moved their production to its breweries outside Utah; the beers are still sold in Utah stores.^[3]

Visiting

• The Squatters Pubs are run by a separate, locally owned company, Salt Lake Brewing Co., which also brews its own beer at the downtown pub.^[4][5]
