What they make
- Founded in 1996; beers range from an American lager and a pilsner to IPAs and an oatmeal stout, and several have won medals, including a 2014 Great American Beer Festival bronze.[1][3]
- The distillery makes Class 5 Vodka, Spot On and Tight Squeeze gins and Canyonlands Confluence single-malt whiskey, and imports Rayo agave spirits from Mexico under its own label.[2]
Visiting
- A big scratch-kitchen restaurant aimed at people coming off the trails and rivers, open daily.[1]
Bottles to go
- Its package agency sells bottles to go daily, including Sundays and most holidays, when state stores are closed.[2][1]
Utah lets a brewery, winery or distillery sell its own packaged products on site through a “Type 5” package agency[6]; anything else comes from a state liquor store.
